The quality of education is the survival of higher vocational colleges.In recent years,the study of quality evaluation has been paid more and more attention.Evaluation is an important ways to improve the quality of vocational colleges and it is a basic work to ensure the quality of higher occupation education,for the adjustment of the education system,has very important significance to improve the quality and efficiency of education,development of Higher Vocational education.The policy of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education has provided the policy basis for the establishment of the social evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.This study selects China's higher vocational colleges as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,comparative analysis method,analyzes the connotation of higher vocational colleges,social evaluation system of the status,causes and countermeasures of the content.By using the theory of social evaluation and the theory of stakeholder theory of economics,and explains the reasons from two aspects of internal and external motivation.At the same time,this paper introduces the evaluation model of Higher Vocational Education in western countries,as well as the rise,development and operation of its social evaluation institutions.By using the method of questionnaire investigation of Higher Vocational Colleges and social evaluation system development and enterprise of higher vocational education quality satisfaction survey,analysis of the survey data by using the computer statistical software,make the evaluation results of information have high reliability,and save cost of evaluation,improve the education quality evaluation system.The survey found that the Higher Vocational Colleges evaluation system of our country has some problems,employers for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents satisfaction is not high,the existing evaluation index system of evaluation content,lack of overall optimization,the lack of characteristics of vocational education,the evaluation subject is too single.The reason is that the evaluation system of Higher Vocational Education in our country is not perfect,the system design is not reasonable,the evaluation process is lack of supervision,and the fairness of the evaluation results.Aiming at the problems in the evaluation of Higher Vocational Education in our country,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies.First,perfecting the legal system construction,strengthen the legislation to provide legal protection and social constraint evaluation;second,decentralization of government funding for social evaluation,through funding,help social evaluation institutions and personnel training;third,improving the evaluation index set,reflect the occupation and forward-looking,at the same time,the use of big data,Internet plus.The innovation of evaluation methods of data mining method;fourth,takes the expert team construction,strengthen the education evaluation of social intermediary organization construction;fifth,establish effective supervision mechanism,increase the evaluation process by transparency;to establish a network platform for publicity,publication of scientific vocational charts etc.
