Regular higher vocational education plays a pivotal role in higher education as a whole,and it assumes the task of fostering high-end skilled personnel for sectors regarding manufacture,construction,service and management,etc.In recent years,China's regular higher vocational colleges have made huge progress in an all-round way,virtually acting as a key arena to practise higher education.Whereas,in contrast to growing student enrollment and college campuses,unsatisfactory quality in teaching has generated increasing concerns.Current quality standards for higher vocational education are assumed to be obscure by many,featuring diversity and hierarchy,though.That calls for an administrative evaluation system of teaching quality built inside vocational schools.Based on theories of teaching quality monitoring system and internal teaching quality management in higher vocational education,an array of research methods,i.e.,literature study,investigation study,case analysis,and experience summary method are adopted,detailed research and analysis of the status quo,problems and possible causes of internal quality management system in higher vocational colleges teaching in China are located,upon which,how to establish an internal teaching quality management system in higher vocational colleges is further expounded.Ultimately,taking SY vocational college as an example,the analysis of practical problems concerning teaching internal quality management system in vocational colleges in China and according countermeasures are demonstrated.This paper argues that the correct understanding of teaching quality concept is the premise of implementation of internal teaching quality management.An optimized internal teaching quality management system serves as guarantee to monitor teaching in higher vocational colleges and upgrade quality of teaching.Hereby,a complete evaluation system of internal teaching quality management has been applied to the teaching quality management in SY Vocational College.With the help of the designed evaluation software system,extensive practice and activities have been carried out.Amid the process,problems and causes are located,corresponding methods are put forward and satisfactory results obtained.This paper proves that the evaluation system of internal teaching management scientifically rational and operable,and can be applied to supervise teaching management.It is worth promoting inother higher vocational colleges at large.
