With the rapid development of China's social economy,higher vocational and technical education to the professional and international progress,The community of the higher vocational accounting graduates are increasingly in a large amount.In order to master the basic theoretical knowledge of accounting and use of the practical skills which learned by many companies,The most important conditions for the recruitment of accountants is shown above.Higher vocational accounting education is different from the general education,but also from the social orientation training,quick-type accounting education,To achieve higher vocational accounting education's goal for students,enough and better for professional services,teacher building is required.To the internationalization,high-end development of an important part.Higher vocational accounting teachers must achieve professional development,improve their professional skills,develop their scientific research ability,improve their professional ethics.Accounting teaching in higher vocational education has always been a hot issue.In that case,an accounting teacher in higher vocational colleges needs to have important duty on this hot issue.Based on the experience of teachers' professional development at home and abroad.This paper tries to reconstruct the professional ability of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges,and divides the specialized ability of higher vocational teachers into basic and core indicators This paper analyzes the basic situation of the accounting teachers and the status quo of the professionalization of the accounting teachers through the questionnaire survey method,and makes an deep interview with the teachers and students to find out the main problems existing in the professionalization for accounting teachers,Therefore the preliminary exploration of the causes of the problems at the social level,the school level and the teacher level.On this basis,the paper puts forward the development strategy of advancing the professionalization of accounting teachers in higher vocational colleges in Henan province.In the school level of the promotion strategy,emphasizing the strengthening of the construction of teachers,improve the scientific evaluation system,establish and improve the professional teaching resource library,through high-quality teacher training to enhance the overall quality of teachers to promote teachers in the professionalization of new breakthrough.In the initiative of teachers' individual development strategy,we should take the initiative to study educational theory and professional skills,and constantly explore new teaching ideas and teaching methods.Thorough comprehensive teaching reflection efforts to improve the level of education,good teachers are planning to enhance their career moral quality for the country and society to cultivate outstanding accounting personnel Meanwhile,the government,emphasize the changes of people's ideas,increase the intensity of talent introduction,multi-channel expansion of special funds,and the establishment of teachers' professional growth institutions.
