On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Graduate Student Cultivation Model Of Minority High Level Key Talents Plan

The state has always attached importance to the cultivation of Ethnic Minorities High-lev el Backbone Talents education."Ethnic Minorities High-level Key Talents Plan" is an importa nt part of the national higher education policy,in fact,since the application of more than ten y ears has made the achievement be obvious to people,cultivate the need for a large number of western economic development of all kinds of talents,and gradually ease the minority lack of high-level personnel,improve the minority talent hierarchy,but also problems such as trainin g goal,teaching contents and curriculum system of scientific planning,personnel evaluation u nreasonable problems in the implementation process,need to be further improved.Based on the "Ethnic Minorities High-level Key Talents Plan" training "policy directed e nrollment and training,employment oriented" as the starting point,according to the master cu ltivation patterns of the elements related to the students from 10 universities through questionnaire survey,data through the analysis of the implementation of the plan bett er influence on training each element in the model,the results of the analysis are summarized,found that the current "culture factors of the pattern of minority high level talents plan",and puts forward the orientation of cultivation target,perfecting the teaching contents,strengtheni ng the construction of curriculum system of science,optimize and adjust talent evaluation methods.
