Research On The Development Of Vocational Education In Xinyu City

Human resource is an important resource of local economic and social development,and vigorously developing the vocational education is the most efficient way and the most effective method to speed up human resources development.Since the reform and opening up,China vigorously promote the development of vocational education,vocational education has made remarkable achievements,for economic and social development provides high-quality skilled talents support,has had a huge role in promoting.However,under the new situation,our country's vocational education still has many problems and deficiencies.Based on the theory of vocational education,this paper makes a detailed study and analysis of the vocational education in Xinyu City,hoping to provide useful suggestions for the future development of Vocational Education in Xinyu.This thesis is divided into six parts,the first part introduces the research background,research significance and research content,method and technical route;The second part describes the related theory,mainly including the concept of occupational education definition,promoting effect of domestic and international vocational education theory and its development,the promotion of vocational education for human resources development;The third part introduced the basic situation of Vocational Education in Xinyu from five aspects : the scale of running a school,source of students,employment,faculty,training equipment;The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the development of Vocational Education in Xinyu,mainly including: the combination level of vocational education with local economic and social development is still low,the implementation of government supporting policy does not reach the designated position,the educational quality of vocational colleges is not high enough.The fifth part,from three levels of government,schools,employers,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of vocational education in Xinyu City,as follows: fisrt,the government should strengthen the planning guidance,promote the overall development of the vocational education;second,vocational colleges should strengthen the internal construction to improve the quality;third,employers should strengthen school and enterprise integration,and achieve a win-win development;The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Based on qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper mainly use literature analysis,interviews and other empirical methods.A large number of data and facts have been applied in the whole paper,and the development of Vocational Education in Xinyu has been analyzed in detail,as well,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
