From "XinYu’s Phenomenon"to "the Mode Of Xinyu"

This paper, based on the XinYu’s vocational education,analyzes the existing relevant problems in the process of the development.the author believes:with the development of industrial economy, the mode of" focus on the scale of students is difficult for vocational colleges’ continuous development therefore, stepping out of the" XinYu phenomenon and breaking through it has become urgent and a long term strategy. It needs patient and active exploration.The paper consists of four parts:Part one".introduction:put forward the existing problems of the development of XinYu’s vocational education.define the key concepts of "XinYu’s phenomenon and make sure of the research method.Part two:explicit about the background of XinYu’s phenomenon.the current status and the limitation. the paper points out: with the further reform of economic and educational system in XinYu.The roar economic development provides a enormous space for the future education in XinYu,but currently the vocational development is not in accordance with the goal of economic development,it cannot provide the required talents for the economic development,neither does the good reaction with the economic development reform. Vocational education lags behind the economic development:the supply of talents is out of balance:the supply of talents is out of balance;the resources of vocational education is scarce;the quality is not high and so on.Part three:finding out the adaptable"XinYu Mode" of vocational education by thinking about the future vocational education in XinYu and analyzing concretely the inner elements,features and importance. the author considers:to build the modern apprentice system will be a great significance to cultivate modern industrial workers through the joint effort of enterprises and colleges.
