As an important part of the school curriculum,the hidden curriculum of secondary vocational school plays an important role on fostering students' humanistic quality and enhancing the students' comprehensive ability.At present,most secondary vocational schools also have come to realize the role of hidden forces,while research on development of the hidden curriculum remain inadequate,in particular about in-depth case study.The case study is employed in this research.What else,literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,observation is employed to collect information.This research investigates the implementation and development of the hidden curriculum in X secondary vocational school from related,comprehensive and open-mind perspective.On this basis,this study draws some conclusions,and proposes the improvement strategies and suggestions.The basic structure of this thesis is as follows: the first part mainly introduces the origin,meaning of the research,literature review,research ideas and methods of the research.The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and some core concepts involved in this study,then probes into the accessibility of the hidden curriculum from the teaching mechanism and function mechanism.The third part is the general process,mainly introduces the choice of research object,the collection of data,the research validity and ethical issues.The fourth part is divided into research results and analysis,mainly describes the results of the study,then analyzes the results of the investigation from the perspective of educational ecology.The fifth part is the backbone of this study,including the discovery,discussion and suggestions of the study.The last part is the concluding remarks,mainly introducing the introspection,the shortcomings and the late directions of the research.The study found that the material aspects and relationship aspects of the hidden curriculum is the most important to students.The teacher mainly carries on the hidden curriculum development of the class level.X secondary vocational school pays more attention to the all-round development of students.The study also found some problems.From the developing subject of hidden curriculum,enterprises and students are still marginalized in the development of hidden curriculum.From the content and carrier of hidden curriculum,the development of hidden curriculum lacks of the period feel.From the development process of hidden curriculum,the development of hidden curriculum lacks the late effect evaluation and improvement.On this basis,the study proposes some suggestions on hidden curriculum development.The development of hidden curriculum should adhere to the multi-party participation under the leadership of school administrators.In the choice of content and carriers,we should review history and keep pace with period feel.We also should improve the evaluation and improvement mechanism of hidden curriculum.
