Teaching and Research staff grow up the “soil” of China's basic education reality,Experiencing the Eight times tide of Education and teaching reform and becoming the China quality guarantee of Basic Education,who is a new force to promote the reform and development of Basic Education,they should undertake the important task of Basic Education research,business management and teaching order.With the development of overall framework's present that “The Core Quality of Chinese students' development”,update the new curriculum standards,promote the task of teaching reform,which gradually improve the quality of teaching staff.As a subject of teaching and research staff,Not only to achieve the research spirit in the history of the image,but also developing the education leadership effectiveness in reform.The history value and the meaning of realistic need to enhance individual ability,Thus contribute to propose the research topics of teaching and research staff's competence.In current,The explore of teaching and research staff and the competence has far-reaching development with the endogenous mechanism and external factors driving,That related theories,research scope and framework has different degrees of interpretation,and has received many different valuable achievements in the field of Education,But the multiple pole is easily to collapse the solution core,an empirical study on specific subject research of teaching and research staff's competence is still weak.Therefore,Our study from a single study to achieve focus,combine the competence to Chinese teaching and research staff,explore a set of ability standards or framework accord with the individual ability to engage the teaching and research work of Chinese,and it can practice to the middle school Chinese teaching and research staff team,So that reveal the fact and diagnose,providing reference value for the middle school Chinese teaching and research staff of professional quality and occupation accomplishment.This paper is divided into six parts: The introduction part firstly explains the research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,research difficulty and innovation in the study of the origin and the literature review,presenting the research overview.Secondly,To explore the theoretical basis of the competence of Chinese teaching and research staff in middle school.From the needs theory,people-job matching theory,organizational behavior theory,the theory of human resource management,analysis the theoretical basis of the competence of teaching and research staff,as the theory prerequisite and basis that middle school Chinese teaching and research practice of competency.Third,Construct the competence model of middle school Chinese teaching and research staff.The competency of middle school Chinese teaching and research staff work in teaching and research room,Teacher training institute,Institute of science education and other specialized research institutions,as the Chinese subject teaching organization responsible person or leader,which contain the different kinds of knowledge,ability and emotion etc in the process of organize teacher holding teaching activity.It conclude richer-full meaning and value of reality,which can promote the development of Chinese discipline literacy and curriculum standards,and promote the teaching efficiency of teaching and research staff of middle school,provide many chance to the development of Chinese teachers career.In the process of practice,We adopt the main behavior event interview to explore the specific competence,And finally constructs a three dimensional competency model based on knowledge,ability and personality.The theory need link to practice,running in practice tested.Based on the above fourth parts,this part analyzes the current situation of the competence development of Chinese teaching and research staff in middle school.The construction of theoretical model provides a survey index to reproduce the facts,based on the quantitative research,through the questionnaire survey to reveal the middle school Chinese teaching and research working facts,to further reveal the occurrence mechanism and interpretation problems that lay a solid foundation.The results show that: the overall performance of the Chinese teaching and research staff in the middle school is better than the knowledge and ability,and the professional emotional factors have the greatest impact on the overall performance.Focusing on the internal differences,male middle school teaching and research staff competency level is higher than that of females;With the increase of age,the middle school Chinese teaching and research staff competency level gradually increased,especially in the 41-50 age of theindividual is most prominent;With the increase of teaching age,middle school Chinese Teaching and research staff competency level gradually improve,the most outstanding characteristics in 16-20;higher professional title,middle school Chinese teaching and research staff competency level is higher.Among them,the middle school Chinese teaching and research staff competency is not obvious.Fifth,diagnosing the reality of middle school Chinese teaching and research staff ‘s competency.The results clearly show the current middle school Chinese teaching and research staff's competency development reality,In a degree,It can provide the practical reference for deeply understanding the functions and role of teaching and research staff,So “From result finding reason”,from philosophy,society and the individual differences analysis the different of characteristics in sex,age,teaching age,education and other factors.Sixth,the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the competence of the middle school Chinese teaching and research staff.The depth of excavation work competence facts can help middle school Chinese teaching and research staff to improve the self cognition level,achieving the result of "an antidote against the disease",exploring the strategy to promote the teaching and research staff undertaking effective teaching and research work,which from different aspects.
