Research On The Construction Of The Staff Teaching Of The No.1 Middle School In Baochang

The development of China lies in education. The development of education lies in teachers. In future educational development, teachers are still undertaking important responsibility. It is especial important for the staff teaching to develop and to construct.This thesis is based on a general idea of presenting, analyzing and solving problems. And I have used many methods such as document analysis, SWOT analysis and individual interview and so on. The paper is based on the existing problem about the young and middle-aged backbone teachers runoff. I have consulted experts and scholars research in accordance with the actual conditions of the whole educational development trend and local educational development strategy. Thus, in current development of the No. 1 middle school in Baochang, the existing problem can be described and analyzed in very great detail in several different ways, including the present state of the staff teaching and the teachers runoff in the No. 1 middle school in Baochang, etc.Finally, from the point of view of knowledge management, I have researched and considered the constructive strategy about the staff teaching in order to stop teachers from running off, to continuously optimize and overall improve the comprehensive quality of the staff teaching in the No. 1 middle school in Baochang and manage to construct a high quality staff teaching. So it will be of practical significance.
