Objective: This study focuses on some functional biochemical changes of outdoorathletes during the winter training. The research object was taken from the mountainoutdoor sportsteam in China University of Geosciences (Beijing). This study aims attrying to find the cause of variation of athletes’ function of mountain sports trainingprocess, providing certaintheory reference for the outdoor sports scientific researchand practice.Research methods: Monitoring mountain outdoor athletes during winter training training load influence on their biochemical indexes, through a series of surveillance data for analysis.Conclusion:1.In the winter training period, due to the individual differences, mountain outdoor athletes’ hemoglobin underwent relatively stable changes beforetraining, but after training, especially after the large amount of exercise with highintensity, female athletes should pay attention to the hemoglobin index itself so as toprevent the sports anemia. After the outdoor training class, hemoglobin level ofathletes was substantially decreased, which was correlated with the amount ofexercise and its intensity.2.In the winter training period, after outdoor special trainingclass, serum testosterone level of athletes was significantly reduced compared withthe pre-training one, which was correlated with the amount of exercise and itsintensity.3.During periodic training of outdoor athletes, the activity levels of creatingkinase is closely associated with exercise intensity.4.In winter, athletes’hemoglobinand serum testosterone levels before the training decreased with the increasingexercise training cycle load, but the level of hemoglobin and serum testosteroneremained acceptable, making periodic training completed, whichlays a solidfoundation for the coming game.
