Research On Development Strategy Of A Social Worker Firm In Jinjiang

Social work is an indispensable part of modern social structure,is to make up for the loss of the social change,correct market reasonable structural imbalance,the pursuit of social justice,to improve human welfare important social mechanism and institutional arrangement.The development of the professional social work drives the rise of the social work agencies.Since 2007,Ministry of Civil Affairs have organized pilot projects of social work talent team construction in some areas of Fujian province,such as Xiamen Huli and Siming district,Fuzhou Taijiang district and Changle city,Quanzhou Jinjiang city.The pattern of “Government Purchasing Service” promoting the marketization of social work service,a large number of social work agencies are emerging in these areas,including Kunpeng Youth Affairs Center,Rongcheng Social Work Service Center,Qinxinquan Social Work Service Center,Jinjiang Zhihe Social Work Firm.As the template of social work agency development in Quanzhou area,Jinjiang A Social Work Firm have experienced a longtime rough period in the process of its establishment,development and growth,now also facing with new challenges.This paper takes Jinjiang A Social Work Firm as the research object,analyzing its internal and external opportunities and challenges,the advantages and disadvantages by the SWOT analysis,identifying its strategic development direction.The development strategy research of Jinjiang A Social Work Firm will provide references and models for other social work agencies.
