In May 2015,the general office of the State Council issued a document on the need to strengthen the guidance of students' learning and training methods in accordance with the requirements of the times.In this study,the impact of national policies,to the curriculum reform in Colleges and universities as the center,to meet the "95" after the generation of College Students' learning needs,at the same time according to their physical quality decreased year by year,students are self-centered,supercilious and self-conceited etc.physical and psychological aspects to expose many problems,with various problems after a 95 "the generation of college students is the premise of the research on the self-regulated teaching of college students in physical education.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,teaching experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,randomly selected two Guangzhou Sports University tennis elective classes teaching experiment,the theory of self-regulated teaching method,the students' physical quality,psychological cognition and tennis technology four aspects of experimental teaching research draws the following conclusions:(1)this study suggests that the self-regulated teaching is teachers' teaching and students' learning methods,the characteristics of comprehensive sports discipline can be defined as: the self-regulated teaching method in physical education,students by prepare lessons before class and in the teacher's demonstration,explanation and guidance,students' self set goals and through the method of training,self-monitoring,self-evaluation and self adjustment,to achieve the best learning effect of sports learning;(2)by using the self-regulated teaching method,students can effectively improve the physical quality and basic technical performance of tennis,especially in the power and coordination of limbs of students is particularly obvious,but has no obvious influence on students' strength of lower limbs and waist strength,compared with the control group analysis: the effect of self teaching methods in improving the tennis technology achievement is superior to physical fitness;(3)the self-regulated teaching method applied to the tennis teaching,can improve students' tennis learning motivation,enhance students' autonomous learning ability,but has little effect on students' interest in sportslearning is convenient,no statistical significance;(4)evaluation of students self-regulated teaching method higher than students of class organization program and prefer autonomous classroom atmosphere the teaching method can cultivate good classroom atmosphere and independent teaching method,to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
