At present,our national government has paid more and more attention to the special education by consecutively introducing Special Education Enhancement Plan of 2014-2016 and 2017-2019.The Enhancement Plan will focus onpromote the level of compulsory education for special children,fully implement the education level of children with disabilities,and also need to fully enrich the teachers of special teachers,improve the degree of specialization of special teachers.Therefore,I hope that through this public research we could provide our references and recommendations for special physical education for the purpose of its further advancement.In this paper,the present situation of physical education teachers in 22 special schools in Guangzhou is investigated,and the professional status of special physical education teachers in Guangzhou is investigated by means of questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions of the study: The level of culture and age ratio is reasonable,but also to strengthen the ability of scientific research,the proportion of teachers' professional counterparts to improve the professional level needs to be improved.Professional knowledge level is low,scientific research is not enough;teaching skills are experience oriented;lack of scientific theoretical guidance;vocational recognition is higher;but job satisfaction and achievement are low.Influence factors of teachers' professional sports special,Guangzhou: scientific research;pre service training;the degree of attention of government,school and society;teachers' personality and the consciousness of self development.The special physical education specialty in Colleges and universities should open the Enlightenment: way to cultivate variety;combined with the special education school together to cultivate students' professional training;thinking by atmosphere;the expansion of enrollment;cultivate professional talents;strengthen the exchange of learning among colleges and universities at home and abroad.
