Research On The Implementation And Operation Of Basketball Special Elective Course Syllabus Of Physical Education Major In Guangzhou Institute Of Physical Education

The syllabus of basketball special course is the legal and qualitative document of basketball major elective teaching work,and it is also the programmatic document that prescribes the teaching content of basketball special elective course and guides basketball special elective course.To a large extent,what is the effect of the implementation of the basketball special elective course syllabus affects the quality of basketball special elective course teaching.How to optimize and perfect the basketball special elective course in physical education to realize the course goal has become a research topic to be solved urgently.This research carries on the systematic analysis and the research to the basketball special elective course syllabus standard of the physical education major of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education.The objects of investigation are the teacher of basketball special elective course of physical education major and the basketball selective students of Grade 2014.This study uses the methods of questionnaire,literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,etc.This paper makes a systematic analysis and study on the current situation of the implementation of the special elective course syllabus of basketball in physical education major of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,including curriculum objective and basis,the comprehensive conditions of curriculum operation,the implementation of curriculum content and design planning,course teaching operation management,teaching platform conditions,teachers ’ comprehensive ability,curriculum setup and teaching hours allocation,selection of teaching materials,teaching methods and means,assessment and evaluation,etc.The author finds that the main problems existing in the implementation and operation of the syllabus are as follows.The content of the curriculum syllabus is not scientific and perfect.The is a contradiction between the content design of the syllabus and the actual needs of the students.Students do not have a good understanding of the syllabus.The implementation of the syllabus by the teachers of basketball special elective course is not strong enough.Lack of a scientific andefficient teaching evaluation System for basketball special elective course syllabus.The author finds that the most important factors that affect and restrict the implementation and operation of basketball syllabus are teachers and the syllabus itself.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the effective implementation and operation of basketball special elective course syllabus are as follows: Combining theory with practice and paying attention to the cultivation of students’ ability.Enhancing teachers’ awareness of attaching importance to curriculum syllabus and sense of responsibility.Strengthening the cultivation of students’ interest in the basketball elective course syllabus and the consciousness of using it.Perfecting the existing teaching materials for basketball special elective course.Establishing a scientific and efficient teaching evaluation system for basketball special elective course syllabus.Strengthening the teaching methods and means of basketball special elective curriculum syllabus.
