Research purposes: Based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of pupils' physical fitness requirements and pupils in the physical health of students in the standard,according to the form and effect of slackline,study fits into the primary school physical education slackline content and effect on Pupils' physique.Research methods:questionnaire collected at home and abroad on the slackline literature as reference,interviewing experts and professors and professional athletes of slackline with the field,determined into the primary school physical education slackline content,through questionnaire and the rationality of the teaching content of the slackline was investigated by questionnaire.(2)the experiment method to select Guangzhou city Tianhe District Ke Mu Lang primary school 2 grade 2 class of students as the experimental object,the control class of the normal teaching content and every 40 minutes of extracurricular activities,the experimental class in the normal teaching on the basis of 15 minutes of slackline content and 40 minutes a day of slackline practice.The experimental intervention for12 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively intervention and 12 weeks of height and weight,vital capacity,cross quadrant jump,balance beam,shutting standing on one foot,slack line single foot standing,standing long jump,50 meter run,one minute skipping test in the experiment,the test results were statistically analyzed using SPSS19.0.Research results:(1)in the 130 teachers in the survey,90% of the teachers think that "the theory of skill required quality practice" 2-6 grade slackline reasonable teaching content as the main line to construct primary school;92.31% of teachers think that the experimental class of slackline teaching content extracurricular sports activities and the progress and slackline content arrangement.(2)after the experimental teaching,students in the experimental class were66.67%,71.43% and 61.91% more than that of slackline fun,safe and not too difficult;more than 71.43% of the students love slackline into the primary school physical education;master degree for slackline and conventional teaching contents,have a ratio of more than 90.48% respectively and 92.86%.(3)after the end of the experimental teaching for the last 12 weeks,the vital capacity of male and female students in the control class and the experimental class was significantly increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class in male and female(P>0.05).(4)the end of the 12 week experiment,the control class and the experimental class cross quadrant boys and girls jump time is significant and very significant decrease(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the experimental classes and control classes of male and female is very significant and significant decrease(P<0.01,P<0.05);the slackline into effect sports teaching on elementary school students' balance ability,in the experimental class wood performance balance and there were no significant differences between male and female students in control class(P>0.05);the control group of boys and girls standing on one foot with eyes closed and flat with single foot standing after 12 weeks there was very significant and significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05).While the experimental group of boys and girls standing on one foot with eyes closed from 8 the beginning of the weekend show was significantly increased(P<0.01),and at the end of the 12 week than the control class of boys and girls increased significantly(P<0.05),while the experimental group of male and female slack line Single leg standing from the beginning of the 4 week showed significant improvement(P<0.05),and in the 8 weekend,the weekend of the 12 than the control class,boys and girls have a very significant improvement(P<0.01).(5)the end of the 12 week experiment,the control class and the experimental class of boys and girls standing long jump,50 meter run and one minute skipping is significant and significantly increased(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the male and female students in the experimental class improved significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)It is reasonable to design the teaching system and content of the slackline in grade 2-6 of primary school.Teaching experiments show that most students like to walk flat belts and learn the technique of walking slackline.(2)compared with the conventional teaching,the sports teaching with the content of flat tape can promote the development of the pupils' sensitivity,balance,strength,speed,endurance and so on.Suggest:(1)Primary school physical education into the slackline,to improve the physique of primary school students have a role in promoting,it is suggested that the education authorities to develop relevant pilot teaching policy,let slackline into primary school sports class.(2)in order to promote the promotion of flat belt in primary school physical education,we should publish relevant flat belt textbooks as soon as possible.
