In recent years,core strength training has been more and more widely used in competitive sports and sports training,and unstable core strength training has also been recognized by many people.It has become a common means to improve the level of athletes' sports through core strength training.Slackline sport has been continuously promoted and developed in Colleges and adolescents,and the level of competition and athletes has become higher.To achieve good results,scientific training methods are the most important.Balance ability plays a vital role in sports.Especially on the less unstable support surface or off the ground to complete the movement,balance ability is also the basis of coordinating the body to complete walking and standing,also plays a great role in preventing sports injury.College students are the main force of flat belt sports,and there are few studies in the slackline training.At present,coaches' training methods are too backward.It is necessary for the development of the project to seek efficient training methods of flat belt sports,and it is also a deep exploration of the training methods of balance ability.By means of experimental method,documentary method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method,this paper takes the influence of core strength on balance ability and slackline skills of students in course as the research object,and chooses 34 students from two classes of 2017 in Leisure Management College of Guangzhou Sport University as the experimental group,one class as the experimental group,the other class as the control group for 9 weeks.Experiment.The two classes have the same slackline teaching content.The course is controlled by the same teacher.The two classes are taught twice a week for 90 minutes a time.The experimental intervention included core strength training in the last 30 minutes of class,while the control group received traditional strength training at the same time.Through consulting literature and books,the specific content and testing indicators of the training are determined by the results of expert interviews.At the end of the ninth week of the experiment,the relevant indicators are tested,and the experimental results are analyzed and processed.The results of research:(1)Core strength training is added to each class of the experimental group.Under stable and unstable conditions,bare-handed and with the aid of instruments,systematictraining is carried out.Changing different core strength training methods can easily stimulate the ability of neuromuscular coordination and contraction,and make the strength increase rapidly.The control group was trained under the intervention of traditional strength,mainly the strength of upper and lower limbs.Although the results of core strength test were improved,the data of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The core strength training improved the core area training significantly,and the effect was more significant than that of traditional strength training.(2)The key of traditional strength training lies in the strengthening of muscle strength,attaching importance to the increase of muscle volume,and the key of core strength training lies in the strengthening of core stability strength.Strength training,especially in the core area,can effectively improve body posture control,reduce the deviation of the body's center of gravity,and improve the ability to maintain selfbalance and stability when the external environment changes.Compared with traditional strength training,it has a very significant effect.(3)The subjects had not touched the movement before the experiment.After 8 weeks of practice,the flat belt movement skills of both the control group and the experimental group have been significantly improved,and the teaching effect is remarkable.However,after the experiment,the skill scores of the experimental group are significantly better than those of the control group,that is,core strength training has a better promoting effect on the improvement of slackline skills than traditional strength training.
