| At present,China is in the crucial stage of medical and health system reform.It is important for health care administrators to think about the issue that how to construct and improve the medical social work system to make better use of social resources and to integrate into the reform tide.In order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and to improve the service quality of medical institutions,this article,with the case study of Ningbo No.2 Hospital,discusses the medical social work development mechanism and propose the service mode of medical social work with multi subject participation based on the theories and practices of medical social work at home and abroad.This article will discuss the service mode of medical social work in six parts.The first part states the theoretical significance and practical significance of the issue,refines the research status of medical social work at home and abroad,and puts forward the data sources and research methods of this paper.The second part defines the related concepts,puts forward the theoretical basis for guiding the development of medical social work in China,and sums up the practical significance of medical social work.The third part discusses the practice of service mode of medical social work with multi subject participation in Ningbo No.2 hospital from the three aspects of reality motivation,operating mechanism and effectiveness.The fourth part analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the existing medical social work mode in Ningbo No.2 hospital from the aspects of volunteers management,volunteers service quality,social work personnel system and relevant laws and regulations.In the fifth part,the author analyzes the development and trend of medical social work at home and abroad and sums up the practical experiences and enlightenments.In the sixth part,the author puts forward five suggestions on how to optimize the basic principles of multi subject participation in medical social work in the current situation and how to conduct a better promotion of the mode of medical social work. |
