After the reform and opening up,with the Shanghai as a leader,Jiangsu and Zhejiang as both wings of the Yangtze River Delta region,which has become the most active of China's economic development,the highest openness degree,the strongest innovation,urban agglomerations of the highest degree urbanization.In the process of rapid urbanization and industrialization,the majority of cities in the Yangtze River Delta are experiencing the deterioration of the ecological environment,the soaring housing prices,the shortage of infrastructure supply and public service,and the water,gas and soil of the quality decline.Aiming at the phenomenon of human settlements environment deterioration in rapid urbanization and industrialization process,the evaluation model of human settlements environment mismatch degree is constructed based on the theory of human-land relationship regional system.The Yangtze River Delta city group human settlements environment subsystem mismatch characteristics and spatial and temporal differentiation are systematically described,clarify the human settlements environment quality comprehensive mismatch degree,which can enrich the human settlements environment application value of human land relationship regional system theory.At the same time,which can promote to understand the value of the starting point of the policy,and help to clear the "13th Five-Year" of the new urbanization.First of all,the paper is based on the theory of man-land relationship regional system theory to structure 41 indicators covering the economy,society,facilities,environment to form the urban human settlements environment mismatch degree measurement model;secondly,the use of geometric interval method,partial correlation analysis and descriptive statistics of the ArcGIS10.2 and SPSS22.0 software,which calculates elements of economic and ecological environment,basic public services,living environment mismatch in 1990,1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2015 of the Yangtze River Delta city group more than 25 prefecture level city to describe human settlements environment mismatch spatial and temporal pattern of Yangtze River Delta city group.Thirdly,the paper has synthesized human settlements environment elements mismatch degree,analyzed the human environment spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration mismatch degree.The study found:(1)Human settlements of urban agglomeration not only refers to the whole region,but also covers the inter-city(cross-border factor flows),single city and the trunk system of the residential environment of the city internal elements,the subsystem in the dynamic development process deviation coordinated development,the optimal development trend.On the connotation of Human settlements of urban agglomeration to build economic and ecological environment,the basic public services and residential environment for the index system of the element layer,and select including economic density,air pollution,traffic module dominance,social inclusion and traditional art integrated data index and evaluation standard of measurement basis.(2)Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration(1)economic and ecological environment system as a whole shows "Mission" spatial distribution.The evolution of the time series shows that the overall mismatch,and index is declining,but the internal gap is increasing.The overall mismatch pattern presents the characteristics of the moderate mismatch pattern to the low equilibrium;(2)the basic public service mismatch degree presents the "K" type development pattern.Its temporal evolution is declining,the regional differences are shrinking,and the inter-provincial gap is widening.Spatial evolution shows that the mismatch degree presents from the high mismatch to the low mismatch with the pattern of equalization;(3)residential environment mismatch degree mismatch overall "N"-shaped development pattern.The characteristics of the temporal evolution are floating and the urban mismatch type is divided according to the floating range and the level of economic development.(3)Human settlements environment mismatch degree of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration presents the following characteristics:(1)as a whole,it presents fluctuating growth trend,moderate mismatch state,and the regional gap also showing a widening trend;(2)centre gravity of mismatch presents from the central to the north succession;(3)the mismatch of the economic and ecological environment system and the basic public service environment show a decreasing trend in different degrees,but the mismatch of the living environment is increasing,which is the reason for the increase of the mismatch of the living environment.Human settlements environment evolution state of urban agglomeration is caused by the mismatch degree showing an increasing trend between the three single systems inter provincial and the trend of moving towards the center from the center to the north.
