Employment anxiety is one of the important reasons that affect the success rate of college students' employment in Hebei Province.Career self-efficacy is a manifestation of individual self-confidence ability,and it plays an important role in alleviating university students' employment anxiety.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the connection between the training of Hebei's colleges and universities and Hebei's social and economic development needs and to increase the success rate of college students in Hebei that carry out the study on college students' self-efficacy in choosing careers in Hebei Province.Based on Taylor's and Betz's views on career choice self-efficacy,this article further elaborates the college students' career self-efficacy and the basic connotation and structure of each element,and builds the college students' career self-selection from three dimensions:level,intensity and breadth.Based on the theoretical analysis and the preparation of predecessors' questionnaires,a “Career Job Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for College Students”was compiled..Through empirical investigation and case interview,the paper analyzes the current situation of college students' career self-efficacy in Hebei province and the existing problems.The status quo and problems of college students' career self-efficacy in Hebei Province were analyzed through empirical investigation and case interviews.The study finds that the overall level and breadth of the job-seeking efficacy of college students in Hebei is not high.The main problems include the unclear positioning of career goals,ambiguous professional competence,weak vocational information skills,lack of vocational planning skills,and poor professional frustration tolerance.From the perspectives of personal development,college management and family interaction,From the perspective of personal development,university management and family interaction,the author analyses the reasons for the problems of self-efficacy of college students in hebei province.The main reason is that the individual's cognitive ability is not strong,and the knowledge capacity reserve is insufficient;the college's development concept is backward and the teacher team system is incomplete.The related curriculum is not perfect;family education pays insufficient attention,and student management participation is not strong.According to the analysis and assessment of college students' career self-efficacy andtheir causes,this paper proposes four strategies to promote college students' career success.First,the university attaches importance to the improvement of students' professional quality from the perspective of professional cognition and knowledge ability.The second is to highlight the training characteristics of the professional disciplines from the connection of talents needs,the connotation construction of disciplines and the cultivation of practical talents.The third is to optimize the employment of education system from the development goal,teacher system and curriculum design.The fourth is to guide parents and students to interact and communicate with each other,and to build a education mechanism for cooperative employment in the school.
