With the balanced development of compulsory education as well as the optimized combination of superior educational resources,great adjustments have been made concerning the layout of rural schools.With the intention of adapting to the remote rural areas which bear the features of small population and scattered living,small-scale incomplete primary schools have gradually formed.At present,this kind of schools still serve as a significant form of compulsory education in local areas.Incomplete primary school refers to the incomplete grade primary school relative to the complete primary school,its main characteristic is small scale,as the final foothold of rural basic education,it can play a key role in the education service in rural areas.Due to the micro scale of rural incomplete primary schools,people from all walks of life pay less attention to it and have less research on its current teaching management.Teaching management,as the basic guarantee to maintain the operation of daily teaching,plays an essential role in the improvement of teaching quality.Therefore,this research focuses on the teaching management of the incomplete primary school in D town based on empirical theory,so as to improve the quality of the teaching management there,and consequently improve the quality of education and teaching.In this research,with the aid of the questionnaire and interview and other ways,thus developing an in-depth understanding of the problems in the teaching management of D town incomplete primary school,as well as analyzing the root causes of the problems.On this basis,it puts forward strategies to cope with the problems,thus offering reflections and directions for improving and optimizing the teaching management of D town's incomplete primary schools.This study is divided into five chapters:In the first chapter,it includes the origin,purpose,significance,method and content of the research as well as the literature review.In the second chapter,it puts forward the main definition and related theoretical basis of teaching management in incomplete primary schools.The former one includes two categories: the incomplete primary school and the teaching management.Then,it expounds the target management theory,the human-oriented management theory together with the total quality management theory.The third chapter is mainly about the analysis of the basic situation of D Town,with questionnaire survey and interview as the main body.It has carried out questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to the representative teachers and administrators of D town's incomplete primary schools.With the help of the field research method,the author finished a 4-year live record of the incomplete primary schools in D town.In the fourth chapter,based on the investigation mentioned in the third chapter,it analyzes the existing problems and causes,finds out the three aspects of teaching plan management,teaching quality management and teaching management organization,and discusses the causes of the problems.As for the fifth chapter,combined with the relevant theories,it bases on the above research foundation,puts forward the countermeasures to deal with problems from three aspects: teaching plan management,teaching quality management and teaching management organization.
