Research On The Construction And Management Of Higher Vocational Education Specialty Group With Chinese Characteristics

“Everybody is outstanding,the skill strong country” is in the new era our country high quality development question should have the meaning.Higher vocational education in our country shoulders the important task of training and transporting high-quality skilled talents and innovative technical talents for the society.However,some problems,such as the weak characteristics of vocational colleges and the disconnection between talents training and social needs,have hindered their development to high quality.How to strengthen the adaptability of our higher vocational education to better serve the society? Why can professional groups enhance the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges in our country?How to improve the current situation of ecological“Disorder” of professional groups?These problems have become the research hotspot in recent years,but there is still room for excavation.Based on governance theory,cluster theory,symbiosis theory and skill formation theory,this study adopts literature analysis,qualitative research and comparative analysis as the main research methods.Firstly,the concepts of specialty group,Higher Vocational College,Governance and specialty group governance are defined,by combing the development course of the policy of specialty establishment in our country,the change of value orientation behind the construction of specialty group in higher vocational colleges,and the development course of specialty group in higher vocational colleges in our country,at present,there are four logics in the construction of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges in China: Knowledge Association logics,technology universal logics,resource sharing logics and industry docking logics.But “The reconstruction light governs ” is our country specialized group construction universal phenomenon,therefore,based on the system theory and the symbiosis theory,this study explores the value conversion of professional group governance and the reality and necessity from administrative management to decentralized governance,in order to provide a rich knowledge reserve for case analysis.Based on the research samples of Guangzhou S School and Nanjing X school,this study conducted in-depth interviews with the Dean,department head,teachers and students as well as the personnel of the cooperative enterprise,the content of the interview mainly revolves around the understanding and expectation of the specialty group,the main content of the construction of the specialty group,the status quo of the governance and the difficulties encountered.By combing through the cases and the content of the interviews,it is found that the problems existing in the current professional clusters can be divided into four dimensions,namely,the difficulty of the construction group subject;s lack of“Group” consciousness,the technical difficulty of the difficult coupling between the professional clusters and the industrial clusters,the institutional difficulty of the practice deviation under the performance principle,and the organizational difficulty of the unbalanced governance structure.Therefore,it is necessary to set up the consciousness of national conditions in order to construct the system of specialty groups with Chinese characteristics,to set up the consciousness of cluster so as to stimulate the agglomeration effect and synergy effect of specialty groups,to set up the consciousness of priority so as to set up a moderately advanced specialty group,and to set up the system of specialty groups with Chinese characteristics Establish a sense of practice to ensure that construction and optimization parallel.At the technical level,we should give full play to the radiation effect of the pilot specialty,promote the interconnection and sharing of“People-education-production” resources and build a pyramid-type teaching staff.At the institutional level,we can increase the financial support at the national level,construct the dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialty groups,follow the law of life cycle,and optimize the integration mechanism of teaching resources.At the organizational level,we should build a good external ecology of“ Government-market-university ”,construct an internal governance structure of co-governance and sharing,and construct a characteristic governance model of“Legal system-flat-democracy”,refine the criteria of group building,establish incentive and inspection mechanism.The construction and management of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges is a long-term systematic project involving many subjects,which should be planned as a whole and carried out in different ways according to different situations.I hope this study can provide some useful ideas for the construction and management of professional groups in higher vocational colleges in our country.
