Primary school head teacher is the primary school students in school learning and development process,the most contact with people,in the process of physical and mental development of primary school students play a subtle influence.The work of head teachers in primary schools plays an important role in the development and management of school education.The status quo of class teachers' work has a direct impact on the students' learning and growth,and the development of school work.Strengthening the professional construction of primary school head teachers' team and building a reasonable and high-quality class teachers' team is the premise and foundation to ensure the development of education in china.At present,there are few studies on the specialization construction of primary school head teachers' team,so it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study and analyze the status quo and Countermeasures of the Professionalization Construction of primary school head teachers' team.Through consulting related literature and using questionnaires and interviews,this study finds that there are many problems in the professionalization of head teacher team in Binhai District primary school in Weifang city.Overall,the structure of primary school teacher team composition is not reasonable,primary school teacher team overall professional quality to be improved,the lack of professional management of primary school class teachers,primary school teacher training professional primary school teacher as well as the lack of social status need to be improved and other serious problems.The existence of these problems is not only detrimental to the normal teaching and management of the school,but also is not conducive to the promotion of primary school students' cultural and comprehensive quality.In view of the problems from the teacher team selection mechanism is not perfect,the lack of teacher team consciousness,reflective learning is not enough,the school pays attention to the management of teacher professional team of teacher team training lack of professional and long-term planning and social parties to the construction team of professional class teacher pay less attention to aspects of the reason analysis,and put forward constructive solutions methods: Firstly,to improve the teacher professional selection mechanism,optimize the structure of teacher team;secondly,to pay attention to the practice and training teachers,promoting teacher professional team to ascend;thirdly to strengthen the management of professional schools,educational administrative departments seek support;fourthly,to care for the mental health of the class teachers and to improve the economic treatment of the class teachers;Last but not unimportant,to strive for the positive cooperation of the parents,and to obtain the sincere assistance of the society.We hope to do the best for the professional construction and the improvement of the quality of education for the class teachers in local primary schools.
