Teachers' professional identity is engaged in the teaching profession basic psychological ready to train up quality Teachers hygiene.Teachers'professional identity is in association to learning situation,occupational planning,perfection of teacher-training students,cultivation mode and completeness of national policy.At present,teacher-training students is one of the objects of teachers' professional identity study.But most of all is free teacher-training students.Non-free teacher-training students is little.As object of study about teachers' professional identity,in-service physical education teachers account for most subject teachers.Life sciences teacher-training students is rare.Based on a comprehensive analysis of these studies and the Chinese cultural background,this study established theoretically the concept and structure of teachers' professional identity through literature analysis;Through open questionnaire with non-free teacher-training students.the item analysis,the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the structure of teachers' professional identity is tested and adjusted in practice,and the measuring instrument of teachers' professional identity is formed;with the newly formed measuring instrument,a survey is carried out among biology normal teacher-training students from four normal college in Fujian.Through this survey,the current situation of biology normal teacher-training students'professional identity as well as its developmental characteristics is analyzed.Through this study,the following conclusions can be drawn:teacher-training students Teachers ' professional identity is a multi-dimensional systematic structure,composed of one second level factor and five first level factors.The five first level factors are role value,occupational values,teaching practice behavior,occupational belongingness,extra practice behavior;the " teacher-training students' professional identity Scale " formulated in this study is of fine reliability and validity and validity;biology normal teacher-training students are of high professional identity,occupational values is higher;biology normal teacher-training students'professional identity is influenced by background variables such as gender,school,grade,biology normal teacher-training students' professional identity of every school has development space,sophomore should improve conceptual knowledge about professional identity,male biology normal teacher-training students' professional identity remain to be improved.
