The development of higher education is an evolving process,is a process of internal and external relations become increasingly complex.Under the background of global economic integration,cross border cooperation in higher education has become the connotation of higher education development.Based on the cross border cooperation in higher education as the breakthrough point,the use of cross-border education theory,combined with the political,economic and social development and other macroeconomic factors influence of colleges and universities in Macao and the mainland to explore cooperation in higher education,in the framework of the "one country two systems" and the"basic law" under the mainland and Macao cross-border cooperation in Higher Education of higher education management,teaching resources,the flow of talent,quality certification and quality supervision and micro factors,and analyze problems,suggestions.The introduction part of this article,an overview of the research background,purpose,significance,ideas and methods,research status in domestic and abroad about cross border cooperation in higher education to do the review,also launched in Macao and the mainland of China higher education research literature review on cross-border,found few studies on Influencing Factors of cooperation in Macao and the mainland of China higher education across the existing research results,and it is worthy of further research.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical analysis.In the world,under the background of regional economic integration,remote education,study abroad,overseas education,the flow of talent has become cross-border higher education are four main trade form,which has become the four aspects of cross-border cooperation mechanism of higher education.Based on the "two systems" cross-border higher education,is one of the Chinese characteristics of higher education,higher education of cross-border cooperation between Macao and the mainland,as well as to the general cross-border higher education law,and has its own special meaning.The third chapter expounds the current situation and problems of cooperation between Macao and the mainland cross-border higher education,discusses the cooperation between Macao and the mainland higher education mainly from three aspects of WTO,Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement,cross border cooperation in higher education policies and regulations.At the same time,based on the introduction of the Macao 10 institutions of higher education,focuses on the 49 universities in Macao and the Mainland University made the lack of academic exchanges with the result and the existence.In the fourth chapter,the analysis of higher education in Macao and the mainland cross-border cooperation in three major influence factors.This chapter on the impact of cross border cooperation in higher education quality in macro and micro three factors are theoretically analyzed.The environment of internationalization of higher education,"one country two systems" Macao people governing Macao and a high degree of autonomy of the SAR government,political advantage,enterprises,associations,foundations,church and other social forces to support,and together they created the Macao cross-border higher education,school running mode,the State Key Disciplines,brand specialty,the communication between teachers and students,cooperation.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of the Macao and mainland cross border cooperation in higher education factors.In this chapter,through the questionnaire survey on the distribution and recovery of data,analysis of data quality analysis and structural equation model analysis,draw the conclusion,that the cooperation between Macao and the mainland higher education has the characteristics of complementary disciplines,to explore their own unique advantages in the field at the same time,many colleges and universities should also be encouraged further cooperation and exchange between.To achieve mutual benefit and win-win fields.The sixth chapter to strengthen the cooperation between Macao and the mainland higher education cross-border advice.This chapter is the last chapter of the paper,is the analysis of the strengthening of cooperation between Macao and the mainland cross-border higher education suggestions.In the analysis of the Macao and mainland cross border cooperation in higher education achievement and deficiency,and the influencing factors,combined with the empirical analysis,the author gives some suggestions on the macro,meso and micro level.
