With the popularization of higher education and the fair consciousness of education has increased,more and more students with special needs get the chance to enter the university,and the physical education is a compulsory course at the university,and it also shoulders the dual task of enhancing physique and improving mental health.Yoga is for today's fashion trends,and it's rehabilitation therapy effect is also gradually arisen in the fitness field,and with the flexible mode of practice and the simply changing asana,the Hatha yoga has become the most classical yoga schools.The handicapped students in universities had bearing different kind of chronic diseases for a long time,attribute to that their physical quality and health level are in the middle and lower levels,and long-term medication and treatment make them in chronically depressed,and repressed psychological mood.This article selects the students' two indicators-weak balance ability and the physical self-esteem as the research.object,through the design with different gradient of Hatha yoga postures,selecting balance and body self-esteem level as the course evaluation index,supplemented by online monitoring platform,from the perspective of the curriculum design of micro Hatha yoga course,the students' balance and physical self-esteem have improved in a high level.This study take the balance and body self-esteem of the freshman of Adapted physical class in Fujian normal university as the research object,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,teaching experiments,data analysis and other research methods,and the main results were as follows:1:the physical self-esteem level and balance ability have no significant difference before the teaching experiment:the five dimensions of physical self-esteem level are still in lower level,and the balance ability belongs to the lowest level,and the research object have risks of falling nearly up to 20%.2:after 10 weeks of Hatha yoga preliminary experiment,the self-worth(main scale)and the movement ability(table)of body self-esteem dimension were significantly differences of the experimental classes but also in the static balance ability.3:after 15 weeks through planned intervention Hatha yoga course,the balance and physical self-esteem of the experimental class with highly significant difference compared with before.4:through 14 weeks teaching experiment intervention,the static balance and the five latitude of body self-esteem of experimental class is higher significant than that in comparative classe.It is Visible that the graded hatha yoga course design is helpful to improve the balance and physical self-esteem level of the students with physical barrier.The study found that in order to adapt the different demand of the students with physical barrier,their physical education content different gradient design;At the same time,their physical quality is generally at a low level,so once a week for their physical education to promote their health is not enough,the PE education in collage should be supplemented by supervision and feedback platform.
