The fundamental task of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, is a higher education to cultivate students’ practice ability as the main teaching. The purpose is through school and enterprise "zero distance contact", to enable students to master the skilled technology and skills, to adapt the work after graduation, to meet the needs of business. But in reality, the internship process of the most vocational colleges is lack of standardized, scientific supervision system, greatly reduced the effect of the internship. During the internship, students are both employees and students, having double identity, so it brings the difficulty of management. Internship carried out successful or not, directly related to the training quality of higher vocational talents; also indirectly affect the success or failure of the vocational education, therefore, strengthen the link of the working practice of higher vocational students management in higher vocational colleges is an important issue.With the development of internship, all levels appear many problems that affect the post practice smoothly. Through the method of literature and investigation on Chang Ji Vocational and Technical College students’ internship, the author investigates and researches the present situation and found the following problems exist in the process of post practice: practice management system is not perfect; the difficulty to the management caused by the dispersion; a gang practice teacher guidance is ineffective, the dual qualification teachers shortage; post practice effective evaluation system problem etc.. In view of the above problems, the author carried out analysis of the causes from several aspects: practice organization and management, the school and enterprise cooperation, and put forward the following suggestions for improvement: to establish post practice management system; by the network management platform to solve the confusion caused by decentralized practice; the establishment of quality evaluation system that combined the school evaluation with enterprise assessment; the specific measures of improving students’ ideology. So that, through this research, provides helpful guidance for internship work of our country’s higher vocational education.
