As the state attaches great importance to education and invests more and more,the scale of high school has been constantly expanded,the difficulty of administrative work is increasing,and the requirements for the professionalization of administrative staff are also rising.Under such pressure,there is widespread job burnout among high school administrators.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the status quo,causes and countermeasures of senior high school administrators' burnout through questionnaires,and to provide reference for improving the physical and mental health and quality of senior high school administrators.In this paper,a sample of 108 administrative staff in high schools is used to investigate the job burnout questionnaire,and the MBI-GS is used to test the job.Comparing the scores of the three dimensions of the MBI-GS with the norm,I found the following results: 1.The mean value of the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment was 2.12 and 3.36,respectively,which were higher than that of the norm.The job burnout was generally existed to some extent in the test subjects.2.The mean values of female in emotional exhaustion and cynicism were 2.3 and 2.1,respectively,which were higher than that of norm and were higher than that of men in both dimensions.3.There were differences in occupational burnout among subjects of different ages.The 41-50-year-olds had the highest degree of occupational burnout.The over-50-year-olds had the lowest sense of accomplishment,while the burn-in of those under 30 years of age was relatively low.4.There were differences in occupational burnout among subjects with different academic qualifications.The degree of occupational burnout among those who had masters degree or above was higher than that of undergraduates and college graduates in all three dimensions.5.There were differences in occupational burnout among subjects with different professional titles,and higher levels of occupational burnout were found in subjects with junior titles.6.There was a difference in occupational burnout among subjects with different working years,and a higher degree of job burnout was found in those who worked more than 15 years.7.The degree of job burnout of the untested subjects was significantly higher than that of the prepared subjects.Based on this survey data,this paper explores the reasons for occupational burnout of high school administrators from internal factors and external factors respectively.Then,from individual,organizational and social levels,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate senior middle school administrators' job burnout.
