Higher vocational education is an important part of education reform in our country,the administrative management system of work performance is part of the overall efficiency of colleges and universities,how to achieve better performance and efficiency is the foundation of guarantee overall performance improvement of colleges and universities.Grass-roots administrative personnel in colleges and universities on the one hand,at the strong academic atmosphere of the college environment,contact crowd is mostly high knowledge talented person,itself is not involved in a certain sorry psychological,this makes the first-line managers in a certain extent can hit by the psychological level,form the psychological phenomenon of job burnout;On the other hand,due to the first-line managers itself because of the administrative management system in our country big trend of the external policy,system,examine the influence of factors such as incomplete,reward generally low,accumulate over a long period will form a first-line managers burnout psychology.Through administrative management system in colleges and universities,with zzkj as research samples,such as questionnaire survey,object back way and combined with their own knowledge to job burnout factors at present,based on job burnout,the administrative management system of the colleges and universities,maslow's hierarchy of needs and two-factor theory summarizes concepts such as research and the research progress of this subject at home and abroad,choose the research object-zzkj problem for sample design,and in the form of questionnaire survey,the actual object pays a return visit and sample data extraction,data collection and analysis,Combined with theory analysis,in view of the sample data to zzkj colleges' basic level administrative management system as an example of professional personnel to the job burnout of primary and secondary to problems existed in the cause and to be solved urgently and targeted put forward the advice to solve the problem and method of the four most of the full text analysis,follow the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" the research route,in accord with national conditions,stick to theory on the basis of targeted solutions and reference opinions,for vocational college administrative management research and has certain practical significance of reference for the move.
