The Relationship Between Peer Attachment And Sense Of Life Meaning In Senior High School Students:the Mediating Role Of Time Insight

This study explores the relationship between the sense of life meaning,attachment and time perception of senior high school students through qualitative research(semi-structured interview)and quantitative research(questionnaire survey)to comprehensively understand the relationship between the three,through a new perspective to understand the sense of life meaning of students,to help psychological counseling workers to establish a more complete psychological counseling and psychological crisis intervention system.The results are as follows:1.Individuals with balanced time insight are stronger than unbalanced individuals in sense of life meaning and attachment dimensions.2.The equilibrium time insight coefficient is negatively correlated with the dimensions of ownership,trust and communication,while the seeking meaning is not significantly correlated with each dimension.the alienation dimension is negatively correlated with the dimensions of trust and communication3.Parental attachment can affect the sense of meaning of life only through the mediation of balanced time insight.peer attachment can directly affect the sense of meaning of life without balanced time insight.4.The specific content of adolescent life sense of meaning can be divided into two aspects: having meaning and seeking meaning.in the aspect of having meaning,most adolescents have achieved a clear goal and accompanied by positive action,and are also full of hope for their own life.In seeking meaning,teenagers not only pursue personal comfort,but also consider contributing to others and society.5.The influencing factors of sense of life meaning found in the study are:external factors: economic conditions,academic achievement and social support;Internal factors: goal,ability,character,mood,hobby,time allocation;Important others: parents,classmates.
