For a long time, in our country basic education discipline in the classroom learning, each teacher professor type learning form still occupies a dominant position, value only in class the teacher’s "teaching""and ignore the students’ active learning absorption, too seriously test the effect of education and ignoring quality education the new requirements, lead to education teaching form can’t keep up with the needs of the development of The Times are too traditional, learning content is monotonous, poor students learning efficiency and learning burden is heavy, serious influence teachers’ comprehensive educational purposes, but also affects teenagers’ all-round development and smooth growth.Along with the national middle school new curriculum reform in the education of all-round, across the country have shift or change is not appropriate education concept and education method, establish the new course standard of education idea, to explore the efficiency of middle school language classroom "teaching and learning" new pattern. Combining with the teaching practice in our city2, explore the middle school language teaching and learning "in the process of271study case study "of the new model, transform the traditional study way, can promote every student in the independent, cooperative and inquiry learning, and make it work. Also highlight the new standard in teaching activities under the requirements of the subject status of the teachers’ dominant position and students’ learning."271teaching" model is adopted by our school after study outwardly. It is an operational program formulated on the basis of studying the secondary school new curriculum standards as well as various teaching materials by the front line teachers, and taking into consideration of the students’ foundation, it is suitable both for the teaching by the teachers of our school and for the independent and cooperative studying and learning by the students. The programe is deemed as a medium for the independent, cooperative, explorative study by the students, which has its own background and characteristics. It is divided into three modules in our specific teaching practices:preview guidance section, cooperative inquiry section, test and feedback section. In actual operation we received some results, but also encountered some bewilderment. Therefore it requests us to keep pace with the times, put theory into practice, profit from other people’s advanced experience, and establish even better "271teaching" model which is suitable for the development of our school.
