Pre-school education is the foundation of education,which plays an important role in the lifelong education system.In fact,the kindergarten needs high quality high level of male teachers,male teachers in kindergartens have urgency and feasibility,and the influx of male teachers of rationalization of teachers' team also has the vital significance.At present,there is not much research on the professional identity of pre-school education in China,and less research on the professional identity of male preschool teachers.How to improve the boy in the school during the study of professional identity,firm faith,let them learn professional knowledge seriously,engaged in preschool education work when they graduate,how to guarantee teaching units retain one of the few boys,this is the focus of this study.First of all,to seek the theoretical basis,on the basis of relative literatures in the understanding of the professional identity,on the basis of investigation and the interview of preschool education professional men,from the self-cognition,professional cognition,professional attitude,professional behavior four dimensions to understand their professional identity status,give the rationalization suggestion for the stage.Secondly,it is concluded that the reasons for this situation are analyzed in the conclusion that pre-school education professional boys' professional identity is not high.The reasons include the four aspects: the factors,social factors,school factors and other factors.Again,improve the level of pre-school education professional male professional identity of rationalization proposals,mainly from their own level,social level,school level and other aspects,after considering the actual situation,this study focus on the school level.Finally,in order to ensure that the strategies can be implemented,this study puts forward the guarantee conditions conducive to the implementation of various strategies from the perspective of the school.
