Large class sports activities are a new type of sports education which is popularized by the majority of primary and secondary schools in our country.Students can ensure one hour's daily exercise time by this kind of sports.Compared with the traditional mode of inter class activities,the new form of inter class activity has continuity in time,and has outstanding advantages to students' mental health and physical health.Its practical significance not only contributes to the improvement of students' physical quality,but also helps students to strengthen their physical health and help them master the "double base"(basic sports knowledge and basic sports skills).It also helps to cultivate the spirit of cooperation among the students and foster their mutual help and mutual assistance.To form a friendly and harmonious relationship between students.Therefore,the research on the construction of sports activities during the big break is of great significance for the reform of this activity and the physical and mental health of the majority of students.In this paper,ten representative high schools in Yantai are selected.After understanding the application and research status of sports activities in large class,this paper makes a more full study on the form,content and arrangement of the current sports mode,based on the research methods of questionnaire survey,data statistical analysis and logical judgment.Through a large number of investigation and analysis,it is found that the current big class sports activities are not suitable for the promotion and application,so this paper puts forward a new model of large class sports activities,and carries out the corresponding verification experiment.There are many problems in the traditional mode of large class sports activities,which are as follows:(1)a large number of sports educators and school leaders did not pay enough attention to this way,and did not show enough willingness to study actively and understand the advantages and applicability of this way.(2)this kind of activity pattern has lost a lot of content in the application process,the current application content is very simple,it is far away from the ideal effect in the standardization.(3)at the same time,there is no supporting security system and evaluation mechanism at the same time,and the evaluation system and security measures are not reasonable and scientific.(4)resource shortage and low utilization rate of sites,teachers and so on.Based on the problems existing in the sportsactivities in the traditional great classroom,the author constructs a new mode of sports activities in a new type of great class from the five modules of the target-content-Evaluation-Guarantee-management and management,which is constructed to strengthen the students' physical fitness,master the sports skills,develop the habit of physical exercise and relieve the learning pressure.In order to improve the interpersonal communication ability,the "ICESTP" as the principle to formulate the contents of large class sports activities,that is,Interest interest,Create innovation,Education education,Science science,Timeliness timeliness,Participation all participation,and the evaluation mechanism of the combination of developmental evaluation and three-dimensional evaluation;With the core concept of "prevention and treatment" as the core concept,the system is built to carry out security protection,and the "centralized system of control system-service system-monitoring system" is used to manage the "distributed" mode of sports activities.The practical application of the "distributed" mode of sports activities between classes is carried out and compared with the traditional model of large class sports activities.The experiment is carried out strictly in accordance with the national student physical health standard.The data obtained in the experiment are analyzed and processed by using the SPSS software.The conclusions are as follows: 1.the physical activity pattern of the "distributed" large class between classes did not significantly change the form of the students participating in the experiment,and the characteristics of the experimenter had not been significantly improved,which was in accordance with the expected results.2."distributed" model of large class sports activities in improving the physical function of students is very prominent,compared with the traditional mode of large class sports activities showed a great advantage.The 3."distributed" mode of physical activity between classes can slightly improve students' speed quality,abdominal strength,body coordination and explosive power,but the improvement of endurance quality and flexibility quality is not significant.
