| According to the 2020 Statistical Bulletin on the Development of Education in China released by the Ministry of Education,there are 158,000 ordinary primary schools in China,2,169 fewer than in 2019,down 1.35%;There are 107,253,500 primary school students,1,641,200 more than 2019,an increase of 1.55%[1].In particular,the number of new students in schools with good reputation is increasing year by year,which leads to the increase in the number of classes and the increasing pressure of the number of students.The lack of activity area per student has become one of the important reasons affecting schools to carry out rich campus sports activities.Qu Zonghu proposed that the school physical education should change the idea of“improving physique”into“establishing morality and cultivating people”.These two thoughts complement each other and do not conflict with each other.They are the perfection of school value pursuit.“improving physique”is the basic function of physical education,and“establishing virtue and cultivating people”is the higher pursuit of school physical education.As the core quality of Chinese students’development is widely recognized,education is considered to cultivate well-rounded people,cultivate students’comprehensive quality and ability in all aspects,and form a higher level of talent cultivation system.Under this background,the innovation of this research is designed“division”team big recess activity plan,in order to effectively solve the number of students and school area ratio imbalance of practical problems as the design basis,the Chinese students in the development of core literacy“cultivate all-round development of students”development goals into the design of the large break sports activities.This study will further explore the educational efficiency of large break sports activities in primary schools,improve the depth and value of the impact of large break sports activities on students,and provide strength for the school to cultivate all-round development of students.This paper uses literature research,logical analysis,questionnaire and the empirical approach to large break sports activities in primary schools,the organization forms,content,and effect evaluation and so on to conduct a comprehensive,reasonable division“zonal team”of design,school playgrounds and students should be resolved the contradictory relationship between physical activity,and carries on the empirical research based on the specific case,This paper discusses the feasibility and effect analysis of“zonal team”large break sports activities in practical operation.Results(1)The“zonal team”large break sports activities plan is designed according to the educational principle,scientific principle,mentoring principle,sustainable principle,interest principle,safety and order principle,including the organizational form,activity content,evaluation effect and other contents of the big break activity plan.(2)The“zonal team”large break sports activities plan was implemented in Shijiazhuang Xiyuan Primary School.In the implementation process,first of all,determined the students in the afternoon two batches to take turns to participate in the indoor and outdoor activities,and according to the 39 classes of floors and locations of the school 200 meters of outdoor activities to carry out a reasonable division,at the same time,formulated the traffic route rules to ensure the orderly development of large break sports activities.Secondly,break the organization form of grade division,class as a unit,will be low,middle,high grade students mixed into 8 teams,the purpose is to give full play to the leading and demonstration role of middle and senior students in the large break sports activities,and developed the excellent team evaluation and take turns to check the system;The activity link of the large break will be expanded into three parts:preparation,activity and stretching,enriching and improving the specific activity content of each link.Finally,actively carry out the large break competition,form the school sports“study and practice and competition”integrated development and collaborative promotion,create a positive and healthy campus sports atmosphere.(3)through to the Xiyuan primary school teacher,personal interview,the school leader,PE teachers and the teacher in charge of the“zonal team”large break sports activities plan of the implementation of the results are satisfied,significantly improve the utilization rate of the school campus,students on campus to traffic order,the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activities of large break have obvious improvement.(4)There was significant difference in average heart rate(P≤0.05),but no significant difference in maximum heart rate(MHR).(5)After the implementation of the“zonal team”large break sports activities plan,the total proportion of students’interest in participating in the large break activity changed from70.15%to 85.82%.Among the reasons why students like the large break activity,the biggest change is that students think the content of the large break activity is interesting.The proportion increased from 15.96%to 33.91%.In terms of students’campus responsibilities,91.05%of pupils from grade 3 to grade 6indicated that they were willing and very willing to undertake the work and tasks of serving the group.However,before the implementation of,“zonal team”large break sports activities,only60.44%of the students thought they had the chance or very chance to undertake campus services,but after the implementation of the program,the number of students thought they had the chance or very chance to undertake campus services increased to 87.31%.In terms of team cooperation,after the implementation of the program,the proportion of primary school students who like team cooperation very much and like it increased by about6%.In terms of students’social communication tendency,the number of students who are willing to or very willing to participate in activities with students from different grades after the implementation of the“zonal team”large break sports activities increased from 44.04%to61.19%,with an increase rate of 17.15%.In terms of students’compliance with campus rules,after the implementation of“zonal team”large break sports activities plan,the students who think the process of large break activity is very orderly increased from 19.40%to 62.69%.Conclusions(1)The“zonal team”large break sports activities plan consists of the goal of the large break activity,the content of sports activities,the form of organization and management,the evaluation effect and so on.(2)The“zonal team”large break sports activities plan can meet the needs of small field schools to carry out large break activities.Through the application in Xiyuan Primary School,it proves that the“zonal team”large break sports activities plan is feasible.(3)The“zonal team”large break sports activities plan improves students’interest in participating in large break activities,meets students’need to shoulder campus responsibilities,and enhances students’willingness of social communication;Recognized and supported by school leaders and teachers,it plays an important role in building campus order and campus security,and also plays a unique role in promoting the all-round development of students and effectively guaranteeing the order and safety of large break activities. |
