The school are not well designed with a small scale, poor school-running condition and the specialties'not fit with the market and all these make the students face the danger of losing their jobs.The methods to help these schools solve the problems are:Ⅰ. they should give wide publicity to the society through medias and thus can deepen the understanding of people's opinion towards SVE and attract more students.Ⅱ. the government should take the measure to strengthen the management of these schools and make the recruiting conform to the standard.Ⅲ. the schools themselves should reform continuously. They should optimize the training of talent, renew the view of school running, strengthen the construction of teachers'training and the co-operations with other schools and improve the condition of the schools and the one-way style. They should also develop order from education and the occupation education and widen the occupation channel. So they can develop properly and orderly.
