Currently,team is a basic form of management which can help teachers to grow up professionally and it's also an important strategy for school management in new era.How to integrate the resources of teachers,how to improve team works proactively and more professionally,which have become the significant and priority problems to basic education in China.With the help of documentary analysis,survey method and case study method,the article is attempting to analyze the working conditions of teachers in Huadu District(which economic and education are both low-ranking in Guangzhou)and provide the effective countermeasures to motivate the working enthusiasm in teachers team of junior high school.According to the traditional incentive theory,to improve the enthusiasm of a person,it is necessary to combine in two factors of internal and external.At present,the salary system of merit pay covers wages and welfare can provide motivation and guarantee to teachers in stage of compulsory education.However,the social characteristics of human beings determine that any kind of strategy which is imposed on people must be tested by the particular environment of society.However,due to the particularity of teachers' profession,the methods of using salary ang welfare as incentive will be restricted in many ways,it is limited to objective conditions like title,expenditure,relevant laws and regulations,so it can not be used as the whole of incentive system,and can not achieve the purpose of teacher team motivation.The introduction of the team concept of modern management plays an import role in sharing the pressure of school management.The team management is different fromthe vertical management,mostly it's flat and horizontal and can complement each other,fully stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.An exploration of making up the shortfall of school management with teachers' teamwork is carrying out in a district of Guangzhou.To improve the work efficiency of individual person,we need to put the person into a team,so that the individual person can develop together with the whole team consciously or unconsciously.The study found that to give the senior teachers play a leading role,pay attention to inspire the intermediate teachers and junior teachers,can achieve the goal of team motivation.In the practice,incentive methods like objective,participation,care,praise,performance,training and ect.can be chose individually or in combination.
