Teachers College is aproduct of moden society,is produced with the formation of the moden school.In the process of education for all,the demande for teachers for larger and higher,and specialized training for developingt teachers' specialized agencies----Teacher will come into being.As China's economic and social development,especially the development of the market economy after reform and opening,gradually gained popularity not only basic education,secondary education has been developed considerably,quantity and quality of economic and social development of the teachers put forward higher requirements,teacher training in secondary normal school operated by each county into each province number of higher normal colleges.In the late 20 th century and ealy 21 st century,all over the county,local normal college of education teacher colleges restructure upgrading transformation,most comprehensive transition into college and college of education in colleges and universities,few teachers college and the upgrading of colleges of education to the undergraduate levels of teachers' college.In adjust the change in higher education,normal colleges hold the lifeline of teaching quality,education,secondary education and higher education on the basis of qualified teachers,to promote higher education in our country from the country to the spanning development of higher education powers,has important practical significance.Based on the local teaching quality of higher normal universities and colleges of undergraduate course in China management method as the research object,using the method of literature research,investigation,analysis and other methods and thinking,based on the theory of project management and quality management,In order to improve the teaching quality of normal colleges,training to adapt to the economic and social development of compound teachers for the purpose,exploration is helpful to improve the teaching quality of normal colleges management methods.This research mainly divided into four parts: The first part is the basic theory part,in this part of the main theory of quality management,quality management of the related approaches to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis,lay a solid foundation for the application of the theory of later.The second part is demand analysis part,analyze the main characteristic of normal colleges teaching quality management,analysis of the present situation and the causes,discusses the application of theory of project management and quality management theory in normal colleges teaching quality management of the rationality and feasibility.The third part is the application part,from the perspective of project management theory and quality management theory to summarize several methods to put forward pedagogical colleges and universities teaching quality management.The fourth part is the empirical research part,in a normal college teaching quality management,for example,intuitive model for normal universities to establish the quality management.
