Under the impetus of new curriculum reform,some progress and development have been made in physics teaching activities in secondary schools.However,there is a higher demand for physics teaching in secondary schools in order to truly promote the students’ all-round development.Teaching should be more scientific,specific and rationalized.This requires the teachers to compare the research and teaching in the teaching process correctly and effectively,and to integrate the frontier knowledge background of physical research,research methods,research content,research results and ways of thinking into the middle school classroom.Thus,it can improve the quality of classroom teaching and cultivate students’ theoretical innovation ability.Middle school physics,especially high school physics,is more abstract than other disciplines,with highly generalized theorems,laws and complex formulas.The physical application is a great challenge to the thinking ability of students.The traditional teaching model can not solve the problem that students are more difficult to learn physics.So,we guide students to learn physics in a scientific way,it will inspire them with great potential and stimulate them to seek knowledge.We introduce the scientific research process into the middle school physics teaching process,and foster the students to explore the knowledge with the similar scientific research method in this article.This article is divided into two parts:research project on first principles study of related properties of Fe-C/N codoped NaTaO3 and the research on scientific research process promote the consideration and practice of the physics teaching process in middle school.The research contents are as follows:The first part,the scientific research project,(the first chapter to the fourth chapter),divides into five steps,including the selection of research subjects,data collection,research and design,analysis and results.The research process permeates the means of scientific research and the way of thinking,and has some inspiration to the course of physics teaching in middle school.By employing the first-principle calculation based on the density functional theory in this research project,the doping modified characteristics of monodoping and cation-anion codoping NaTaO3 photocatalytic material have been investigated systematically,which eventually improve the photocatalytic activity of NaTaO3 for hydrogen production.The results show that better photocatalytic activity can be obtained with both Fe/C/N single-doped and Fe-C/N codoped NaTaO3 systems and the effect of Fe-C codoping is better than that of Fe-N codoped NaTaO3 in improving the absorption of the visible light and enhancing the photocatalytic activity due to the different locations of impurity energy levels originated from their p-d hybridization effect.Our work permeates the methods and thinking of physical science research and can further guide the teaching of physics in high schools with the similar scientific research method.The second part,combined with the research contents and methods of the first four chapters,explores the enlightenment of research process on the physics teaching process in middle school.We introduce the frontiers of physical science to physics teaching,especially teachers’own research results,can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for participating in scientific research and make them interested in physics studying.Combined with the three-dimensional teaching objectives,the research methods and ways of thinking well penetrate into the physics teaching process in middle school.It not only improves the skills of teachers,but also enhances the students’ ability of innovation and thinking.The view of modern educational theory is that the starting point of education reform is to cultivate innovative talents,and the introduction of scientific research into secondary school physics teaching is an important measure to train creative talents.
