At present,under the guidance of the "two oriented" policy,the compulsory education of the migrant children has been basically solved.Due to the particularity of China's household registration system and the educational system,however,the problem of migrant children in the cross-regional school entrance examination in post-compulsory education has become increasingly notable.Therefore,how to properly solve the problems of migrant children in the cross-regional school entrance examination in post junior high school and senior high school,we need the joint efforts of all sectors of society to make sure that they can accept the ideal education as they will.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the migrant children from 3 junior high schools in Harbin.Based on the questionnaire survey and individual interviews of teachers and students,we found that the migrant children are faced all kinds of problems,such as a lack of understanding in the policy of the cross-regional school entrance examination,a lack of school responsibility,short of family education support,too much learning pressure,and so on.Through the analysis,the author found that the reasons for the above problems are complex.On the macro system level,the reasons include the obstacle of the household registration system,the faultiness in the system of educational resources allocation and the system of the right to education and so on;On the medium school level,the reasons include the unequal phenomenon in the city's high schools,the insufficient appeal of the vocational schools;On the microscopic point of view,the performance in the family level includes the lack of educational support of the family's economic capital and cultural capital,the performances in the individual level include the their own psychological problems,lack of personal psychological adjustment,and so on.Based on the analysis results above,the author suggests that: to ensure the migrant children pass the entrance examination smoothly in the cross-regional school,On the system level,we should strengthen the consistency of the " the cross-regional senior high school entrance examination " and " the cross-regional college entrance examination " policy,improve the educational security mechanism,strengthen the education macro-control,improve the vocational education development system,and guide the education return;On the school level,we should convey the policy clearly,and pay attention to the students' physical and the mental development;On the family level,we should pay attention to collect the policy information,improve the sense of family education,and increase the family capital;On the personal level,we should deepen their learning,enhance communication between teachers and students,and face their own situation properly.
