With the rapid development of mobile technology,people's learning styles have changed,so mobile learning has become one of the hottest topics in the field of education technology.Faculty professional development is the process of perfecting and improving the teachers,which is very important to teachers.At present,the problems of the faculty professional development are that training content is detached from reality and the contradiction between work and learning.These problems are becoming more and more remarkable.In order to solve those problems and promote faculty professional development better,the teacher mobile learning emerges.This paper tries to study the significance of teacher mobile learning to the faculty professional development,and then optimize the teacher's mobile learning and make it play a better role.In this paper,firstly,the author compares the research of teachers ' mobile learning included domestic and abroad,references related research results,finds problems,and then determines the research content of this paper.Secondly,the author uses the theory of lifelong learning,new constructivism,distributed cognitive theory and knowledge management theory as the guiding theory of the research.Then the author analysis and studies of their inspiration to teachers' mobile learning,tamps teachers' mobile learning theory foundation.Thirdly,the author fully excavates the educational function of Wechat,studies the teachers' mobile learning,the interaction mode of the teacher and the mobile learning platform,the design principle of micro-content and the knowledge management model of the teachers' mobile learning.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned research,the author constructs the teachers' mobile learning platform based on Wechat,which is the Wechat public platform of faculty development center of Tianjin University,and carries on the research,analysis and summarizes the preliminary results of the platform achieved.
