The aims of secondary vocational schools are mainly early,intermediate,practical and skilled talents,so as to enable students to master certain cultural knowledge and possess a skilled professional skill.The demand of traditional teaching model for practical operation becomes superficial,and it can not meet the requirements of modern vocational education.The action oriented teaching mode in Germany competency based,employment oriented,so that students can better grasp the professional skills and cultivating the ability to solve problems,improve the ability to work with others,is considered to be effective in optimization and even change the current teaching in secondary vocational school.At present,action oriented teaching model is more common in secondary vocational courses,and teachers and students also recognize this new teaching model.However,due to the weak function of the vocational education,the mathematics class has been in an awkward situation for a long time.But not all of the mathematics teaching content is suitable for the use of this teaching mode,so how to give full play to the action oriented teaching model in secondary vocational school mathematics classroom advantage should be improved according to the actual situation of teaching requirements and students.In this paper,the reform of classroom teaching by elements of the main contents of research,action oriented teaching model in the theoretical basis,teaching methods,teaching experience of the author,discuss the specific application of action oriented teaching mode in Vocational Education in mathematics classroom.In this paper,two cases of applying action oriented teaching model in secondary vocational mathematics classroom are listed,in order to highlight the main role of students and improve the overall quality of students.I hope this paper can provide some practical inspiration and reference for secondary vocational mathematics teachers.
