The introduction of the new curriculum standards is one of the major achievements and highlights of China's basic education reform,which means every link of the reform must center on the curriculum standards and implement it.Only when it maintains a high degree of alignment with the curriculum standards can we ensure the quality of the implement of the national curriculum.High school ideological and political academic level test is an important part of the standards-based academic evaluation reform,which should also maintain a high degree of alignment with the ideological and political curriculum standards.It has been ten years since the high school ideological and political academic level test was implemented in Jiangsu Province in 2007.So,are the requirements of the high school ideological and political academic level test highly consistent with the national curriculum standards? Which aspects of the test are aligned with the curriculum standards? And which are different with the requirements of the curriculum standards? After defining the core concepts involved in the study and establishing the framework of the research,the paper uses the Surveys of the Enacted Curriculum Model(SEC)as the research tool to measures the alignment of content topics and category of cognitive demand between the curriculum standards and the ideological and political academic level tests from 2014 to 2016 of Jiangsu Province from two dimension of the content topic and category of cognitive demand.It is found that the level of the alignment between the three-year tests and theideological and political curriculum standards is not high and there is a greater deviation from the content topics and category of cognitive demand.According to the results,this paper is reflected from the three aspects of the low level of the alignment between tests and the curriculum standards : the curriculum standards,examination evaluation standards and academic evaluation methods,and puts forward three suggestions to improve the level of the alignment: based on the practice of curriculum reform,improving the curriculum standards;developing the examination evaluation standards to make the examination paper designing standardized;innovating the methods of academic evaluation to achieve scientific academic evaluation;strengthening the research of alignment analysis to make the model localized.
