Since the late 1980 s, the United States of "Standard-based Curriculum Reform " has caused a big stir in the world scope. In 2000, we began to implement education reform and set out to develop the cumculum standard of different subjects, which is the core of the curriculum theory and practice, to guide the writing teaching materials, teaching evaluation and examination proposition. Our senior high school academic achievement test plays a big role in monitoring teaching quality of high school education and assessing high school students'academic level and so on. It is a criterion-referenced test, which means alignment between senior high school academic achievement test and curriculum is important. So far, our country's related research is relatively lacking. So the research of alignment between senior high school academic achievement test and curriculum standard is of great significance in both theory and practiceThis article select the senior high school academic achievement test history examination papers from 2011 to 2015, in Shaanxi province, with senior high school history curriculum standard as criterion.The research process is divided into five steps:First of all, compared to major foreign studies curriculum alignment analysis model, finally determined to choose the Wisconsin education research center the SEC alignment analysis model as the analysis tool; Secondly, draw lessons from the SEC alignment analysis model, combining with the history curriculum standard established a two-dimensional matrix (2 d, respectively is content dimension and cognitive dimension), and then classifying course content standard and statistics; Third, reference bloom education objective taxonomy classification of cognitive level analysis exam papers of senior high school level in Shaanxi province form 2011 to 2015 in two-dimensional classification and statistics; Fourth, the two-dimensional matrix of curriculum content standards and test statistics into the matlab software, using porter analysis formula aligned coefficient reference value and actual value; Fifth, analysis and explanation alignment result.Studies have found that senior high school history education level test papers in Shaanxi province form 2011 to 2015,does not have significant alignment with curriculum content standards. On the dimension of content, the curriculum standard distribution is relatively balanced, while the test papers have the characteristics of focused, existence of individual subject omission. On the cognitive dimension, Curriculum standard and the test papers are given priority to with "memory" and "understand", to "apply" level involves less, but in proportion to the specific distribution changes slightly. Overall, the standard consistency test and course content, in 2011 in the five years of test paper test and course standard alignment is best. In general, the test papers and curriculum standard alignment needs to be improved.According to the results, we put forward the following Suggestions to improve the alignment:(1) to form a professional team, aiming at the shortcomings of the curriculum standard to revise and perfect; (2) develop scientific alignment analysis tools, guidance on the practice of writing teaching materials, teaching evaluation; (3) to form a specialized proposition team.Article selected a new point of view, using the new method and perspective to analyze the alignment between the test papers of senior high school history academic level test in Shaanxi province and history curriculum standard. We provide an idea for paper evaluation, at the same time, put forward some suggestions to improve the alignment between test and curriculum standard.
