An Action Research On Social Workers Intervened In Community Services For 1 To 3 Years-Old Children

Children are the future of a country's development,for its development and the need for attention and its importance can not be ignored.There are many needs for children,including basic needs for survival,the need for love,the need for learning,the needs of the game,the needs of socialization,and so on.Whether these needs are met are to some extent affect the child's healthy growth.In order to meet their growing needs,the community do everything we can to protect its healthy growth.Community child service is one of the basic contents of community service,which points to the growth needs of children,and has positive significance for children's personal growth,family happiness,community harmony and community service research.At present,the community children's service still exists imperfect service system,the participation of community residents is not high,children passive participation activities,the provision of professional staff loss,professional enough,community children available public resources,such as government,community,social workers,college volunteers and social enterprises to participate in the community.Social workers in the community development practice to consider how to better respond to community residents,especially community children's needs are the origin of this study.This study included pre-diagnosis(discovery of questions),preliminary study of data collection,assessment of defining requirements,preparation of overall plans,development of specific plans,actions(side implementation,side reflection,side evaluation,side modification)and post-summary evaluation.In the smooth progress of the various services in the internship process in the root of the community services and related research on the basis of the subject.This study is a social worker involved in the 1-3 years old community of children a kind of exploration.At present,most of the community-based children's services for children are covered only by children who have already attended school,such as the "quarter of the classroom" which is common in the community.The service content,model and service system of community children's services are a topic that needs to be explored and perfected.In particular,the demand for 11-year-old preschool children in the community is the concern of social workers.Therefore,This study,as a 1-3-year-old community children's service exploration,the use of action research methods,through the assessment of community needs of children to design service programs,in the actual community services in the process of continuous reflection,modify and improve the service program,Record the practice process on the basis of reflection,improve the practice for the future social workers involved in community services to provide a useful experience and reference.
