Phenomenological Study On The Credibility Of Social Work Service Organization In Beijing

Credibility is an important indicator the social work service organizations to obtain public trust and government trust,has become an important measure of the merits of social work service organizations.This paper adopts the phenomenon of qualitative research methods,through the text description,structural description and the essence of the description of the three processes to conduct a deep understanding and interpretation of the social work service organizations,and according to the theory of trust,concluding the essential definition of "social work service organizations credibility".Social work service organizations credibility,refers to the social work service agencies in the process of service activities are available,the public perceived,the ability to obtain trust for the public,and the public’s general sense of identity,trust and satisfaction with social work service organizations,is an evaluation of the social work service organizations.It consists of two levels: on the one hand,it is the influence,attraction and appeal of the social work service organization,the goal of the social work service ability,which embodies the legal construction,the democratic degree and the work performance of the social work service organization;On the other hand,it is the subjective evaluation of the social work service organization,which reflects the satisfaction and trust degree of the social work service organizations.Among them,the social work service organization is the carrier of credibility,and credibility is the social work service organization attribution.The credibility of the social work service organization reflects the organization in the community by the public,the Government’s welcome,whether it has a good reputation,directly determines the agency’s ability to access social resources.In the background of the government purchase social service and the social organization participate in the social governance,this paper analyzes the connotation of the credibility of the social work service organization and the path to get credibility,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the credibility of the social work service organization from the three dimensions.One is the credibility of the upward,that is,the credibility of the construction of the commissioner;the second is the credibility of their own building;third is the downside credibility,that is,the object of service(community or society)credibility of the building.Upward credibility can be strengthened by communicating with the government,hiring an independent third party assessment,social work experts participate in multi-party assessment,increasing information disclosure efforts;Own credibility can be strengthened from the integrity of the organization as the core of cultural construction,improving professional service capabilities,sorting social work practitioners to educate integrity,establishment of evaluation and incentive mechanism;Downside credibility can be strengthened from the public understanding,improving social awareness,and constantly expanding the field,improving the "hematopoietic" function,and further expanding the influence and so on.
