Self-regulated learning is beneficial for the improvement of students' academic performance and the cultivation of students' learning ability,and self-regulated learning has laid a solid foundation for personal lifelong learning and development.Psychologists and educators have always taken the self-regulated learning as an important issue of common concern.Many branches of education take self-regulated learning as the subject of their research.In China,the systematic research of self-regulated learning which existed no longer than 40 years,began from the late 1970's to early 1980's.The history of research on self-regulated learning is not so old,therefore the theory cannot effectively meet the needs of educational practice.Secondary vocational schools mainly aim at training application-oriented talents to suit market needs,emphasizing the development of students' practical abilities.Compared to the traditional teaching strategies,the teaching strategies of self-regulated learning are more appropriate for the cultivation of students' practical ability applied talents,whereas traditional teaching strategies are unable to meet the new goals.Development of modern vocational education focused on the ability and quality of vocational training,CBT is the guiding ideology of vocational education.Therefore,the secondary vocational education needs to reform the traditional teaching strategies,new teaching strategies need to be explored and researched,“self-regulated learning" teaching strategies get along well with modern secondary vocational education,and it is also in line with the direction of development of modern vocational education.In order to solve practical problems encountered in the teaching of secondary vocational schools,based on two parallel classes of secondary vocational schools,the research takes professional core courses named secondary vocational accounting as an example to explore self-regulated learning.The traditional instruction of secondary vocational accounting is usually teaching practice after theory,for secondary vocational school students,this kind of teaching is bound to be low efficiency,so the researcher tries to reform the original teaching methods,using methods of self-regulated learning.The teaching design take students as learning subject and pay attention to process evaluation.It is found that there is significant difference on psychological characteristics,learning habit and learning styles between secondary vocational students and primary and middle school students.In order to facilitate students self-regulated learning,teachers should design a set of teaching procedures on the basis of understanding of subject content and actual situation of secondary vocational students.The procedures can be divided into determining learning objectives,arousing learning motivation,self-taught textbook content,self-study examination,group discussion,teacher's selective lecturing,exercise and consolidation,brief summary.The above eight steps of the teaching process can make students learning objectives more clear,cultivate more positive learning attitude,strengthen the spirit of team cooperation,establish more harmonious relations between teachers and students,foster active classroom atmosphere.In addition,the new teaching procedures enhances various abilities of learners.
