With the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,education is paying more and more attention.As a communicator of knowledge,teachers play a very important role in educational activities.The level of professional development of teachers directly determines the level of education.The newly recruited teachers in rural areas,as an important part of our teachers' ranks,have a direct impact on the development of rural education.Therefore,we should pay attention to the professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools,understand the current situation of the professional development level of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools,analyze their causes,find the countermeasures to promote the professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools,and constantly improve the professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools Level,the development of China's education has a very important significance.This study is based on the theory of teacher development at home and abroad,through the questionnaire and interviews in the form of Linyi,Juxian and Jining three127 rural primary school teachers in the professional development of the situation.It is found that,at this stage,the professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools mainly includes the following aspects: the teachers' structure is unreasonable;the newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools have many times,stress,low wages and low social status.The training system of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools is unreasonable,the training funds are less,and the training is in the form of training.The new teachers in rural primary schools have insufficient professional knowledge reserves,poor professional skills and poor self-development consciousness.Combined with the basic situation of our country at present,analyzes the causes of the problems of professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools.Finally,according to the problems existing in the professional development of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools in China,the corresponding measures to improve the professional development ability of newly recruited teachers in rural primary schools are put forward...
