Class is the basic unit of school management and occupies a pivotal position on students' growth and development of the overall process.Since ancient times,the class management style has over-emphasised on the teacher's status and authority,and imprisoned the students of the free development and imagination.Thus it is difficult to play the role of education for students out of the class.And now with the subjective education and quality education being vigorously promoted and implemented,the traditional teacher-oriented education is changing to independent-like.In this context,the author combined with their own work experience,and carried out a wide range Investigation and research in Weifang City experimental primary school class self-management,focusing on the high school grade.And make a analysis of the current high school management of the status quo,problems and solutions,It makes the head teacher have a more accurate and clear understanding of their status,which is helpful for the managers to correctly manage the class and master the flexible strategy.To accumulate experience for the reform of school class management and to promote quality education and subjective education,hope to contribute to China's quality education reform.The main content of this thesis is to study and analyze the primary school students,class teachers,teachers and school leaders under the guidance of the subjective education theory and the premise of the theoretical analysis of the previous research,This paper analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the self-management of primary school classes.And then find out the shortcomings in the implementation process,and summed up the main problems such as: backward education concept,management methods are too single;students self-management initiative,initiative is not High,many children do not have the opportunity to join the core level of class management;class teacher can not prescribe the right medicine in the managing part,the lack of flexible management strategy;managers and self-management of the class does not have enough confidence and interest.And then on this basis of reasons comes the analysis,resulting in the causes of these multi-level,diversified problems,of which the most representative is class teacherover-intervention,that anything is not assured students to do anything to personally intervene.Ignores the students' creativity and management.The author in the practice of research,primary school class implementation of self-management should follow the basic rules of class management,and the scientific and rational grasp of the basic strategy of class management,enhance children's autonomy and creativity,and promote children's moral,intellectual,Comprehensive development.
