"National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020)"core determine the strategic themes in the overall strategy is part of what people solve thetrain, how to train people on major issues, will focus on improving the student servicesnational service people’s sense of social responsibility, the courage to explore the spirit ofinnovation and good at problem solving ability of practice as development goals; in thecompulsory education part will focus on moral cultivation, to stimulate interest in learning,cultivate the healthy body,good habits as a development task in the next ten years compulsoryeducation. Primary school education management is the foundation and key of nationaleducation development, and the basic unit of primary school education management is themanagement of class. Class is the basic unit of school education, is the most basic form oforganization of teachers and students to carry out various activities. Primary school classmanagement has play a decisive role position in school education, improve teaching quality,perfecting class is child’s personality character, help the students to form the correct worldoutlook outlook on human body key values. In order to achieve an eiffcient and humanizedpurpose, class management should better understand the needs of the students, and the actualsituation of this constant added to the work carried out to. But in this kind of need, thespiritual and cultural construction is the most important, a good cultural atmosphere is built toform a good class guide. Thus, primary school class is an important carrier to achieve thestrategic theme of the core,the implementation of effective management is directly related tothe students’ behavior, learning and sense of responsibility for the primary class, will be inrelation to the strategy can be realized smoothly, whether the reform can be carried outsmoothly. This article tries from a primary teacher angle, analyzes how to carry on effectivemanagement of elementary school class.This paper is divided into four parts. The ifrst part is the introduction, brielfy introducedthe research background, research signiifcance, research review, research basis of theory thedeifnition of related concepts and research methods; second part of a survey on the basicsituation of class management in Taian city and the surrounding part of the local primaryschool, from the management idea, goal, standard management, democratic management, personality education, collective activities home school, psychological optimization,coordination of8dimensions to analyze and draw the results; third part according to theresearch results, the male teacher in charge of class management in primary school aged30and below the head teacher, experience of6-10years, the third grade teacher teacher,undergraduate class teacher, no outstanding teacher management level is relatively low, and asimple analysis of the reason; fourth part according to the problems and reasons, combiningwith investigation and speciifc work experience, try to improve teacher’s social status, fromthe decomposition of class director working pressure, establishing incentive mechanism, formresultant force, enhance the qualities of the class management ability and other aspects of thebasic management strategy, strive to improve the level of primary school class management.
