On The Reform And Transformation Of Local Undergraduate Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The development of new urbanization has become an irreversible trend,which has become one of the serious challenges facing the reform and transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities.Local colleges and universities are not only an important part of the new urbanization,but also an important guarantee for the construction of urbanization and the driving force.This paper clarified the new urbanization construction and reform of local colleges restructuring coupling relationship,in-depth analysis of the intrinsic mechanism of new urbanization under the background of the local undergraduate colleges and universities reform and external mechanism;through empirical research,problems and causes of new urbanization under the background of the current Fang Benke college reform and transformation faced;then,in based in Europe and the United States applied technology university development experience,from four aspects proposed reform of local colleges restructuring implementation path of China's new urbanization background.There is a high degree of coupling relationship between the urbanization and the development of the local undergraduate colleges and universities,Their ultimate goal is the development of people,only to achieve positive interaction,in order to truly achieve a harmonious and sustainable development between the two.From the external mechanism,the development of new urbanization to local colleges has brought challenges and opportunities,from the endogenous mechanism,the reform of the new urbanization and the transformation of local colleges,has a natural connection,internal needs and logic consistency.In recent years,the reform and transformation of Local Undergraduate Colleges in China have started and has made certain achievements,but there are still many difficulties and problems in terms of ideology,educational mode,discipline construction,teachers construction etc..In the context of new urbanization,to further promote the reform of local colleges restructuring,should focus on the path to achieve the corresponding from four aspects: first,to update the educational concept,change educational ideas;secondly,to reform the education mode,training needs new urbanization service personnel;thirdly,to strengthen the discipline construction,the innovation of social service system;finally,to strengthen the construction of teachers,promoting teachers troop structure transformation.
