Mathematical language has become a widely used communication language in the modern information society.As the carrier of mathematical knowledge and mathematical thinking,it provides a scientific guarantee for the exchange of mathematics,and plays an important role in the development of mathematical thinking.In recent years,the college entrance examination tends to examine the mathematical language ability more often.To some extent,the level of mathematical language translation ability determines the level of mathematics learning.Mathematical language provides powerful tool for mathematical communication and mathematical language translation ability provides vital guarantee for students'sustainable development.And the formation of students'mathematical quality can not do without the development of mathematical language ability.However,the reality is that students' mathematical language ability is poor.They cannot grasp the core to solve the problem of mathematical deeply enough.It is difficult for them to grasp the nature of the subject.This paper analyzes the current situation of the translation ability of students through the questionnaire survey,and the reasons for the difficulties in translating the language are summarized as follows:(1)The students have difficulty in understanding text language,graphic language and symbolic language.They pay no attention to the conversion of the above three languages.(2)In reality,students do not attach great importance to the translation among these three languages.The reason is that the teacher did not carry out the explanation.(3)Teachers do not pay much attention to the learning of students' mathematics language in practical teaching,and they do not take much time to cultivate students' ability of applying the language conversion into mathematics studying.The end of the paper is the case study based on the teaching practice of the newly teaching lessons,exercise lessons and review lessons,and puts forward some related breakthrough strategies for the above problems:(1)Attach great important to the normative of mathematics language teaching;(2)Enhance students' reading comprehension ability of mathematics language;(3)Provide the platform of mathematics communication,and strengthen the translation ability of text language and mathematics language;(4)Strengthen variable teaching and improve the equivalent translation ability of all kinds of mathematical language;(5)Get the effect of variety solutions to a problem by variety translations to a problem and improve the optimal selection level of different mathematical language translation.
